tinyBuild publisher shared the first financial results after the public offering (IPO), which took place in March last year.
Revenue for 2021 was $52.2 million for 2021 and operating income was $12.5 million. These figures are higher than the year before last by 39 and 64 percent, respectively. The publishing house even noted that the financial results slightly exceeded expectations.
The tinyBuild portfolio currently includes over 70 projects. According to the head Alex Nichiporchik , the success of Hello Neighbor pushed the company to want to develop other successful games, and in this case, it means not only the release of sequels, but also related products.
The first such swallow will be a dilogy about an unfriendly neighbor – tinyBuild is ready to discuss with potential partners the possibility of releasing graphic novels, books, and even an animated series.
Another potential candidate can be considered in absentia Potion Craft: Alchemist Simulator from Russian developers. As of December last year, the game has sold over 600,000 copies. However, nothing surprising, given that over 100,000 Steam users purchased it in the first three days of sales .
