Xiaomi today unveiled its latest flagship laptop, the RedmiBook Pro 2022. The new model features 12th Gen Intel Core processors, an optional Nvidia RTX 2050 GPU in a unibody metal chassis. The laptop is equipped with a 15-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 3200×2000 pixels, a refresh rate of 90Hz and an aspect ratio of 16:10.
RedmiBook Pro 2022 is equipped with Intel Core-i7 12650H and i5-12450H processors. It has 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB of PCIe 4.0 storage as standard. Higher tier modes come with Nvidia RTX 2050 GPUs with 4GB of GDDR6 RAM, while the base i5 model comes with Intel UHD graphics.
The 72Wh battery charges at 100W. Windows 11 covers the software part. The interface consists of 2 Thunderbolt ports, 2 USB-A 3.2 ports, an HDMI 2.0 connector, an audio jack, and an SD card reader.
The RedmiBook Pro 2022 with Core-i5 processor and Intel UHD graphics will retail for $834. The Core-i7 bundle with a dedicated RTX 2050 GPU will cost $1,133. Xiaomi has also confirmed that the RedmiBook Pro 2022 version with AMD 6000H processor will arrive later this year.
