Toyota to suspend seven production lines in Japan in January

The manufacturer of the Japanese automobile concern Toyota will suspend work at a plant in Japan in January next year. According to official figures, work will be stopped at seven production lines.

The main reason is the shortage of semiconductors that persists in the world market and many manufacturers suffer from this, who are forced to slow down the production of machines. It is not known how long the shutdown of the working lines will take. The management of the concern does not know how to solve the problem at this point in time.

We will remind, earlier it became known that Toyota will suspend the work of two of its enterprises in Japan from December 20 to 22. The automaker draws attention to the fact that since May the concern has been producing vehicles without stopping.

Interruptions were avoided due to the timely solution of the problem and the receipt of small batches of semiconductors, as well as the modernization of manufactured cars, which became simpler.
