The Sims 4 players may slowly start to abandon dozens of gameplay modifications. EA has announced the release of another update designed to improve the gameplay of the legendary simulator.
The Neighborhood Stories system, recently added to the game, was responsible for various requests from neighbors: players could give them useful or harmful advice, which, however, did not change much. Now this system has been improved by adding more life to NPCs.
Now our Sims’ neighbors can exercise autonomy regardless of our actions and make different decisions based on personality and interests. In particular, they can have or adopt children, take pets into the house, move, change jobs, retire and die not only from old age, but also for a number of other reasons.
In order for the change to begin, we’ll have to set up Neighborhood Stories ourselves, choosing how far out-of-control Sims’ self-reliance can extend. And about what is happening with the neighbors, you can find out through the mailbox.
Previously, those wishing to play in a living, changing world were forced to resort to the help of custom modifications. The most famous of them is the complex Command Center mod , which opens up a huge range of user settings.
